An artist is most expressive in the place they reside in. We were lucky to have been hosted at a musician’s🎶🎻 home in Rue Verdi, Nice. A 10-15mins walk to the Promenade de Anglais, it is a beautifully done apartment that we booked through @airbnb to which the photos, honestly do not do justice here.
We did not get to meet our host Lina with whom we had pleasant interactions, however we did get to meet a lovely senior lady who was very sweet and welcoming and was the caretaker. Although we spent most of our time in Nice under the riviera sun⛅, we did manage to enjoy a local Lebanese shwarama and wine (weird combo? yes/no➡️ in comments) and just chill at home.
At night, there are restaurants nearby with roadside seating and a boisterous crowd to enjoy a drink with before you call it a night. If you get lucky as we did and do find this place vacant at the time of your visit, go ahead and book it and share your experiences in the comments.
